Sound the bell, put your hands together and get ready for yoga time. A yoga practice for parents with massage, songs and yoga games for your crawling, moving and toddling children.
This session includes simple hand gestures, breathwork, sound practices, baby yoga games and relaxation as well as favourite yoga poses like “dog”, “cat” and “tree” according to the ages and abilities of the children.
The session is aimed primarily at children aged 1-3, but its a relaxed session and older children or younger babies are also welcome. This is the perfect yoga space for a Mum with both a baby and a toddler in tow – come and let the tot run/crawl off some steam while you snuggle up with your new babe-in-arms. There will be opportunities for yoga and massage with both your baby and your tot.
Pregnant women with toddlers are also welcome to this session . Please inform Lucy (in confidence) as soon as possible if you are pregnant or trying to conceive.
Unlike the postnatal class which is a female only space, Dads and male carers are welcome to come along to this class.
