Sound the bell, put your hands together and get ready for yoga time. A short yoga practice for parents and older babies or toddlers followed by sharing, snacks and playtime.
This session includes simple hand gestures, breathwork, sound practices, partner exercises and relaxation as well as favourite yoga poses like “dog”, “cat” and “tree”.
All children under 5, including babies, are welcome to this class with a grown-up carer. Older siblings are also very welcome. Unlike the postnatal class which is a female only space, Dads and male carers are very welcome to this class.
Pregnant women with toddlers are especially welcome to this session. Please inform Lucy (in confidence) as soon as possible if you are pregnant or trying to conceive.
