You Are Not Alone – Babyloss Awareness Week 2020

This week is baby loss awareness week (9-15 October).

Everyone copes with grief and loss differently.

However, if you have ever lost a baby their star will remain with you forever and you may feel their loss more keenly when you direct your attention inward for yoga. 

Every year on October 15 a wave of light travels the world so all the stars can shine together and be acknowledged and remembered. 

Please know all your stars are welcome at Mother Nurture Yoga.
