Yoga for You and Your Baby

Yoga for mothers and babies together, suitable from birth throughout the first year.

Wednesdays 11.15am-12.30pm followed by light lunch, tea and chat.


This weekly yoga class for Mother and Baby together combines gentle postnatal exercise  with songs, massages and movements for the babies. Postnatal Yoga is healing from within and includes breathing exercises, pelvic movements, postural awareness and lifting/carrying techniques as well as relaxation with your baby. Baby massage and yoga are woven into the class so you and your baby can both be soothed and restored.

Common postnatal problems such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor trauma, C-section recovery, back pain, wrist pain and exhaustion are covered. You are welcome to get in touch if you have any concerns about the suitability of this class for you or your baby.

Individual classes cost £10 and can be booked online. If you block book four classes within an 8 week period there is a discounted rate of £7.50 per class.
