Sunday 11.15am-12.30 Sunday's class is themed specifically around pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery. We focus on how to relax and on moving and breathing in ways that support our pelvis and its organs. The class includes relaxation, meditation and flowing yoga sequences suitable for any level of practice and experience. A light lunch and cup of tea is included.
Yoga and Baby Massage for mothers and babies together, suitable from birth throughout the first year. Wednesdays 11.15am-12.30pm followed by light lunch, tea and chat.

A three hour workshop for pregnant women and their birth partner/supporter. “The birth went so well, I spent most of the Labour at home and managed to cope with the pain using just the breathing and positions we talked about. The massage you showed M really helped and I think he liked having something to do.”
Sound the bell, put your hands together and get ready for yoga time. A short yoga practice for parents and older babies or toddlers followed by sharing, snacks and playtime. Monthly on Wednesdays, 9.30-10.45am.
