Yoga for women who are pregnant, seeking to conceive, and mothering young families. Saturdays 11.15am-12.30pm followed by light lunch, tea and chat.
A three hour workshop for pregnant women and their birth partner/supporter. “The birth went so well, I spent most of the Labour at home and managed to cope with the pain using just the breathing and positions we talked about. The massage you showed M really helped and I think he liked having something to do.”
