The highlight of the month for us! Lucy’s toddler yoga is perfectly suited for all little ones – she manages to capture their attention and keep them interested for the whole class. And incredibly she also engages them with stories (and snacks) so the adults get a chance to relax!
I cannot recommend Lucy’s pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes enough. As a first time Mum they were an amazing place to go and learn about all the changes, physically and emotionally, that were happening to me. Learning to relax and using her yoga nidras prepared me for labour and enabled me to deliver at a midwife led unit with no pain relief. It was also a great place to make friends with other Mums to be. Her postnatal classes provided a safe, supportive space to gain wisdom from other Mum’s and some of my best Mum friends were made there. My toddler still sings the songs and often reminds me that Lucy tells us to ‘kiss your feet everyday’. As a second time Mum it gave me some space, time to connect with my baby, and allowed me to prepare myself mentally for labour. I really do think attending Lucy’s classes and listening to her advice and words of wisdom about our ability to birth babies, using breathing techniques and yoga nidra really did get me through a three day labour and safe delivery of 9lb 9oz baby in a mid wife led unit with no pain relief. It’s amazing what your body is capable of if you put your mind to it. I’ve also had massages from Lucy in both my pregnancies and would really recommend them. They are so much better than any massage I have ever had at a spa. If you are trying to conceive, pregnant, or have a baby or toddler I would really encourage you to get in touch with Lucy as she has so much to offer.
Cannot recommend Lucy and the work she does highly enough. Amazing classes, a chance to meet other mums or mums to be, and a huge source of support and information. My first pregnancy, birth and 6 months with my little one would have been a very different experience without her.

Lucy’s post-natal classes offer a lovely, positive environment for connecting with your child through movement and songs and also for meeting other like-minded mums who are in exactly the same predicament as you! Stanley and I love these classes because, even when things feel fraught and frantic, we come out of the classes feeling happy and relaxed. We have also learned some lovely games, songs and exercises which we like to play at home in addition to meeting some really lovely people. Highly recommended!
I really enjoyed Lucy’s pregnancy yoga workshop, it was a true haven for me during my third trimester to have somewhere to go to relax and talk about aches and pains! I booked up for the postnatal course and it is the best class that I take Alice to. Alice loves being around the other babies, watching the sun over the sea out of the window and listening to all the lovely mums sing and talk to their babies. I get the chance to spend a bit of time on me, working on my pelvic floor and arching out my back-the kinds of things busy mums don’t get time to do! Fully recommended, so relaxing, so invigorating and Lucy is brilliant!
